Rareș-David Chioreanu

Rareș-David Chioreanu studied law at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf from 2019 to 2025, specializing in the law of politics. 2020-2021, he participated in the Telders International Law Moot Court Competition. 2021-2022, he completed an Erasmus exchange at Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest. 2020-2025, he worked as a student assistant at the Institute for German and International Party Law and Party Research (PRuF), and from 2025 onwards, he was a research assistant at the Chair of Public Law, Art and Cultural Law at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf. Since March 2026, he has been a university assistant at the Institute for International Law and International Relations at the University of Graz. His interests lie in the German and international law of politics.
