‘Dirty business’: Can European companies be prosecuted for war crimes committed abroad?

In the latest edition of the "Alles, was Recht ist" REWI column in the Kleine Zeitung, Anna Lena Hörzer, a doctoral researcher at the Institute for International Law and International Relations, uses two cases involving European oil companies to explore the extent to which international corporations and their representatives can be prosecuted for complicity in war crimes.
