It is a great honour for the Institute to welcome Gerhard Hafner, a particularly renowned personality and expert in the field of international law, into its team.
Professor Hafner was a member of the International Law Commission (ILC) from 1997 to 2001 and First Vice-President of the ILC during the 2001 session. He has also acted as arbitrator and legal adviser in a number of prominent international cases. For further details (CV and list of publications), please consult here.
