New Visiting Lecturer

https://people.ceu.edu/tommaso_soave

Dr Tommaso Soave holds the course "Law and Practice of the World Trade Organisation (217.025)" for the first time in winter semester 2021!

Are you interested in the World Trade Organisation (WTO), its institutional structure, its relationship to international law but also in specific issues arising from current world events? Would you prefer to improve your English skills in discussions on legal topics rather than in a language course? Then register for the course "Law and Practice of the World Trade Organisation" (217.025) in the winter semester 2021/22!

Seize the chance to learn more about the main challenges of international trade law and its background from visiting lecturer Dr. Soave from the Central European University! In this course, you will discuss the compatibility of world trade law with social developments, human rights and environmental protection. In addition, you will also deal with current issues such as the trade war between the US and China or Trump's protectionist agenda. The course can also be combined with the course "International Investment Law" (217.035) of the same visiting professor in the summer semester 2022.

Further information on this course and the registration requirements can be found on UGO!

For more information on the curriculum vitae of Dr. Tommaso Soave, please consult: https://people.ceu.edu/tommaso_soave
