Nicht tödlich oder weniger tödlich?

Seminar - Rechtsfragen zum Einsatz nicht oder minder tödlicher Waffen (less lethal weapons - LLW), Montag, 21. November 2016, 10:00 bis 17:00 Uhr, Festsaal Meerscheinschlössl, Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz

Gemeinsam mit dem Österreichischen Roten Kreuz, der Johannes-Kepler-Universität Linz und dem Bundesministerium für Europa, Integration und Äußeres veranstalten das Institut für Völkerrecht und Internationale Beziehungen und das UNI-ETC am 21. November 2016 ein Seminar zu Rechtsfragen des militärischen und polizeilichen Einsatzes von nicht- oder weniger lethalen Waffen. Die ganztägige (10:00-17:00 Uhr) Veranstaltung findet im Festsaal des Meerscheinschlössls statt.

Mit Vortragenden beider Universitäten, des Bundesheeres, des Roten Kreuzes, der Landespolizeidirektion Oberösterreich und des Bundesministeriums für Inneres wird in zwei Panels gebündelte Expertise für Gesprächsstoff sorgen.
