Advanced Legal Training in Munich: Participation of Natascha Gojkovic in the 14th MACIL Summer School

From 4 - 14 August 2025, Natascha Gojkovic took part in the 14th edition of the Munich Advanced Course in International Law (MACIL) at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich (LMU).

Entitled “International Law in an Era of Uncertainty: Challenges, Prospects, and Options”, the Advanced Course tackled a number of topical issues ranging from maritime to investment and international human rights law. On the basis of a series of lectures delivered by renowned experts in their respective fields and numerous engaging discussions, Ms. Gojkovic was able to expand her knowledge of international law and specific domains thereof.

This year’s edition of the MACIL Summer School also offered participants an opportunity to explore the city of Munich and its historic significance in connection with World War II. An excursion to Nuremberg and the visit to the Nuremberg Tribunal constituted further highlights of the course.

Mag.a Gojkovic would like to extent her gratitude for the opportunity to participate in the Summer School to Prof. Christian Walter as well as to Wiss.-Mit. Narin Nosrati, who was responsible for the organization of the School.
