As part of the REWI Fellowship Program, we were pleased to welcome Mr. Tihao Zeng in March 2026. Tihao Zeng is a teaching assistant at the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights and a third-year PhD student at the Faculty of Law of the University of Geneva. His research focuses on the intersection of international institutions, human rights, and legal accountability, with an emphasis on international organizations and their dispute resolution mechanisms. During his stay in Graz, he conducted in-depth research on numerous cases involving the United Nations Security Council and INTERPOL. To conclude his work in Graz, Zeng delivered a compelling lecture on the mechanisms for ensuring human rights compliance within INTERPOL, in which he presented a wide range of cases and outlined the influence of various human rights instruments and courts on the Commission for the Control of INTERPOL’s Files.
It was a pleasure to welcome Tihao Zeng to Graz, and we wish him all the best in his future career.
