Wolfgang Benedek reappointed as member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague

The Institute of International Law and International Relations is pleased to announce that on November 9, 2020 the president of Austria Alexander Van der Bellen reappointed the former head of the Institute of International Law and International Relations Prof. Wolfgang Benedek as a member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague.

This court, established in 1899, offers its 122 member states as well as companies access to arbitration and other procedures for the peaceful settlement of disputes.
