The Linda Rauter Award is awarded for outstanding achievements by law students in the context of their diploma thesis. The prerequisite is an excellent thesis with a comparative legal focus in private law, European law or international law. This year, Lea Kreiner received the award alongside five other prizewinners for her thesis entitled “State Liability in International Space Law: Outdated or Fit for the Challenges of the 21st Century?”, which was supervised by Prof. Dr. Erika de Wet.
